11nt Turkey Escape: Ultra-Luxurious & Highly Rated 5-Star Resort 🐚

This Jet2Holidays escape is one of those resorts we keep coming back to. 11 nights at the gorgeous Liberty Fabay, departing Manchester on 5 May 2027 (other options available - price may vary), with direct flights, checked luggage and transfers included. It’s one of our team’s favourite Turkish resorts, and it’s easy to see why.

Liberty Fabay is a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive resort that feels every bit as impressive as you’d hope. The design is modern and striking, with the resort only having opened a few years ago, and quality is clearly at the forefront of the experience. There are 10 pools, an aqua park, a private beach and swim-up bars, alongside dedicated adults-only areas for those moments when you simply want to switch off and relax. There’s also a fantastic choice of dining across the resort, with a selection of à la carte restaurants available for a small additional fee. Yes, you may even find your drinks arriving by a friendly waiter on roller skates.

There’s plenty going on beyond the pools and restaurants too, with a full programme of daytime and evening entertainment and so many thoughtful touches that it’s difficult to list them all without turning this into a brochure. The 4.8/5 TripAdvisor rating from more than 3,000 excellent reviews certainly backs up the feeling that Liberty Fabay gets a lot right.

A couple of things worth knowing: May is a lovely time to visit, with temperatures averaging around 25°C, making it warm enough for the pools and beach while still comfortable for getting out and exploring. If you want to take the room experience up another notch, swim-up rooms are available as an upgrade.

With the modern design, huge choice of facilities, Ultra All Inclusive offering and consistently excellent reviews, we think Liberty Fabay is exactly the kind of resort that makes an 11-night Turkey holiday feel like a dream escape.
